"We had an absolutely fantastic time at Stephanie and David's house! The location was spot-on—just a short drive from all the fun things we wanted to do, including the Space Center, which was out of this world (pun intended)! The pool was a real highlight for us, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after the beach or local adventures. We can’t wait to come back for another stay one day. Highly recommend this gem of a place!"

"We had a wonderful time! The house was great for our entire extended family to stay--everyone got their own rooms and beds. We appreciated how well-stocked it was with essentials such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and a canal view/access. Would love to come again!"

How do we access the property?

You will receive a personalized door and alarm code before you arrive.

Can we get an early-in/late checkout?

We are happy to allow your request when possible, but cannot guarantee it until a few days prior to your arrival.

Is there parking available?

Yes. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway per our short-term rental license. There is no street parking.

Where can we access the beach?

You can access the beach through the Hilton's outdoor Tiki Bar, Longboards, to the right of the hotel which is directly across A1A. They offer public parking and beach access so you can walk directly through to the beach or stop and enjoy the outdoor bar area. The Hilton's beach does not have a lifeguard on duty.

The other access point is at Lori Wilson park located next door to the Hilton. This is a public park with beach access, bathrooms, playground, and does have a lifeguard on duty.

Is it safe to cross A1A?

Absolutely! There is a crosswalk with flashing lights near the corner of our street and A1A.
